Energy Therapy is based on the understanding that everything, including YOU, is made up of energy.  This includes your physical body, your thoughts, your emotions, and your beliefs.

So, what is Energy Therapy?  First of all, it is not new.  It is ancient.  Qigong has been around for at least 5,000 years.  The understanding that we are made up of energy is rooted in many indigenous cultures.  The Chinese call this energy Qi, or Chi; the Hindu word is Prana; the Japanese word is Ki; the Greek word is Pneuma; the Hebrew word is Ruach; the Christian term is the Holy Spirit.  I’m sure there are many more names and cultures that use them, but you get the point. Energy Therapy transcends religion, belief systems, and spiritual paths.  We are all made up of energy, no matter how we see the world. Consider what western medical doctors term homeostasis in the physical body.  Now, transfer that understanding to an “energetic body”.  When your “energetic body” is in a state of balance and harmony this supports your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well being.  It’s that simple.

Think about the energy of love.  You can see the expression of love, but you can’t see love.  You can't go buy a box of love. You have to feel it.  Learning to understand the language of energy is the same.  You have to experience it. It is a sensory language.  And, just as we each are unique beings, we each have a unique "energy signature".

Energy Therapy is not mysterious, esoteric, spooky, or “woo woo”!  It is grounded in science.  It could be called "God Technology".  The plethora of information online is enough to make one dizzy.  If you are researching, be sure to use your “truth meter”.  Take all that you read, hear, and see, including the information on this site, and put it through your own, personal “truth meter”.  Does it resonate as true?  Does it "feel right"?  Learn to trust and develop your own discernment. You will need it! 

The way I see it, Energy Therapy is about empowering yourself with a deeper knowledge, awareness, and understanding of the truth of who you are.  It is about living your divine truth while you walk this earth journey.
